In my work I encounter a broad range of clients, presenting with diverse issues including isolation, bullying, imposter syndrome and work-place stress, trauma, substance abuse, anxiety, depression, alcohol problems, loneliness, poor self-esteem, suicidal ideation, disillusionment, parenting fears, job dissatisfaction, existential crisis, childhood neglect.

 

I have also supported clients with personal development, confidence building, understanding relationships and improving life outlook.

 

I have particular interest and extensive experience in working with anxiety, depression, alcohol dependence and student issues.

 

I see individuals aged 18 and over, both online and at The Plaza office suites in Galway city, H91 KC6V.
